Civic Tower Plebiscito Guardistallo The building of the Civic Tower now houses the Savings Bank. It was the birthplace of Rodolfo Siviero (1911-1983), dubbed in Italian art as the 007 has dedicated his life to the recovery of works of art stolen by the Nazis and taken to Germany.
